today, i needed to adjust the hand brake lever.

Release hand brake, not up

1st. 2 rear wheels removed, and removed 15mm diameter rubber caps on the discs.

If you rotate disc to position this 15mm hole , at 6 o'clock, you can put inside a screwdriver

and adjust the hand brake lever. I'ts a click-click-click inside round, you move

with the screwdriver up or down TILL YOU CAN NOT ROTATE BY DISC

HAND.

Then you do 5 clicks backwards.

You do this to the other wheel also.

You are finished.

Rear hand brake is with cables and it's a small drum inside rear discs.

Very nice system

So, our rear disc are Ventilated like the fronts.

Does your sonatas Y-1 Y-2 Y-3 has anyone rear disc brakes like Santamo?

Also the front brake-pads aren't like TECDOC says.

They are exactly like 1998 coupe 1.6.
